1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or accessing FoodHisaab software or hardware products, you agree to be bound by these terms provided by Kistechnosoftware. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Software License & Outlets
Each software subscription plan grants a non-exclusive license to operate FoodHisaab across the designated number of restaurant outlets specified in your active plan (e.g. 1 outlet for Trial/Starter, up to 15 for Business).
3. Hardware Warranty & Delivery
Thermal POS printers supplied with the Business Plan include a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Physical damage, water ingress, or unauthorized opening void the warranty.
4. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
