1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual software subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with FoodHisaab within 7 days of onboarding, you may request a 100% refund of software charges.
2. Hardware Return & Replacement
If your Bluetooth thermal printer arrives damaged in transit or defective, we will send an immediate express replacement within 48 hours free of charge. Hardware returns for refund must be requested within 7 days of receipt in original packaging.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5–7 business days.
