• Operational records (Order items, bills generated, payment methods, inventory counts).
• Technical diagnostics (Device type, OS version, printer Bluetooth connection state).

All communication between your POS terminal and our cloud database is protected using 256-bit TLS encryption. Daily automatic encrypted cloud backups ensure you never lose a single bill in the event of device hardware loss.
